Why try yoga therapy?
The practice of yoga offers the opportunity to explore greater wellness physically, mentally, and spiritually. A yoga class can be a great option, but sometimes it can be very beneficial to work one on one with an expert who can help customize a practice that is suited to your specific needs.
A Yoga therapist is specially trained to work with specific physical, mental/ emotional conditions and can do a musculoskeletal and breath assessment to get a better overall picture of your well-being.
-An initial session is 90 minutes and includes an interview which helps inform the therapist about your overall health, and gives time for goal setting.
-Follow up sessions are 60 minutes.
