A message from Anka, the Red Hawk People, and the Wisdom of the Ancient Far East.
I hope you are weathering this part of the story with equal parts peace and perseverance.
Right now is the optimal time to listen to our own inner truth, to heed the Universal themes of HEALING, FORGIVENESS, LOVE and INTROSPECTION. I pray all beings may find the time to listen, grieve, and realize that within their sorrow, and our World's sorrow, is contained also our joy! For this sorrow, this anxiety, the lingering fear and this pandemic, are all catalysts of change for the best.
This universal law, which states that life is suffering, unifies us in the spirit of compassion and becomes humanities opportunity for reform. We might not end all the suffering in the world at once, but we can begin by working on ourselves. By waking up to the truth of the suffering we experience and create in our lives, we can begin to make the right actions towards an awakened life.
This leads way to the second Noble Truth, that the cause of suffering is our "thirst" for more, and relates to our greed, ignorance, and fear. Once we become aware of this causal relationship, and begin seeking peace within ourselves we realize that there is a way to end suffering, and that we are not in fact the suffering we associate with our bodies or minds. We can start to go beyond the attachment to our illusions and sensory experience when we open our hearts to the immeasurable power of Love. A Love which brings a peace beyond all understanding. This is also the third noble truth, which is the end of suffering.
The fourth noble truth shows that there are ways which have been passed down so we might attain liberation, or practice well during this life-time. This can be done through our faith, our devotions, through service, through the observance of the eightfold path and practicing Yoga. As my guru once said, "Truth is One, Paths are Many. Let us live in Peace and Joy. Let us live in Love and Light."
This awakening process has been going on long before us, and even before our ancestors here on Earth. In this truth we are One. We are united when each of us can see through the eyes of compassion, that we are the same.
The Red Tail Hawk is the Messenger. He flies far and fast carrying the Light and Truth.
The Phoenix is the passive observer, that watches as the embers wax in starlike ocean waves.
As the gleams of thought and desires pass before it's vigilant eye, the Phoenix remains unmoved, present and undisturbed in it's wakeful dreaming.
In it's greatest darkness, and beyond the ruin of it's ashes, is the time the Phoenix chooses to be born again.
This is the time, we have long been approaching in humanity. This darkness is the destruction of the Earth's resources and anthropogenic climate change. It is also because too many have tread wicked ways, and through rapid industrialization, consumerism and greed. This darkness is hiding in plain sight as an ignorance that keeps the masses asleep.
This is why it is so deeply important that we turn now to prayer, and wisdom. This is that feeling, that call, that we feel beating in our hearts, we must rise and be born again, to call in this new Earth together.
To call upon Great Spirit for Forgiveness, for Healing, and for Discernment. To live by the law of Universal Love.
As Way Finders, as Light Keepers, as Preservationists, and Stewards of this Good Earth, may we live together in a mindful way and do what good we can in the time we are here.
