All is Love!

Wow! What a beautiful day today. So much gratitude and Love Everywhere! I remember Swami Satchidananda saying in one of his books, choose one day as a karma yoga day, selflessly serving others in all that you do. Eat your meals so that it will you give you energy to help others, drink water to keep you focused and healthy to be of use when the opportunity arises.
Keep this attitude all day, give yourself completely to the service of others without any selfish motivation. Surely you can do this for at least one day, just do it and see how you feel.
In giving, we receive. Giving and Receiving are synonymous. The person we give to is giving us the opportunity to give! Wow!
Read this one.
Today's Reading from The Golden Present by Swami Satchidananda
"The essence of Yoga and all faiths and traditions is to be easeful in the body, peaceful in mind and useful in life. The aim of Yoga is to make the body healthy and the mind tranquil and pure. With a pure mind and healthy body, you become a useful instrument for God."

Remember, All is Love. All is Love. All is Love.
Blessings of Peace and Love,
Om Om Om
Yours in Yoga,
Bryan Josiah

Need A Dog or House Sitter?

I have always connected with Animals, as our best friends, companions and allies. When I first started watching Dogs, Cats and Fish, amongst other interesting pets, I was probably 13-15 years old, and have kept company with animals all my life. Building a bond of trust and friendship with our friends from the animal kingdom and having the honor and responsibility of watching someone's home is truly something special.
It is rewarding, exciting, and paves the way for friendships and expanded networking.
As my schedule permits and the need arises, I am happy to serve you, your home, and your furry friends!

In Best Regard,
Bryan Nupp
